What is the SPEC Program?
IA Collaborative’s SPEC Mentorship program aims to provide an environment for interior architecture students at the University of Tennessee to benefit from professional development and an exchange of knowledge and support.
We hope this program can act as an extension of our student cohort to build community and support between students and professionals in the Knoxville community. We seek to provide professional support for our student members so they have the tools and confidence needed to positively impact the design community. SPEC matches IA Collaborative students with a Knoxville design professional and facilitates interactions during group SPEC events, at one-on-one meetings, and through digital check-ins.
